Break the spaghetti into three so that they are not too long. Boil them in salted water following the instructions on the package. Drain the water and rinse with cold water so that it does not stick.
Fry in butter and oil onion, garlic, pepper and diced turkey breast. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. To speed up the meat preparation you can add a few tablespoons of liquid from the water in which the pasta is boiled.

Cooking recipes for Liver steatosis (fatty liver)
- 4 & # 8211 5 red bell peppers (or any color)
- 500 g minced turkey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 sliced zucchini (pitted)
- 1/2 diced green bell peppers, 1/2 diced yellow peppers
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ canned diced and drained tomatoes (can also be used fresh)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Put the bell peppers in a Teflon pan to bake a little so you can peel them as much as possible.
Cut the caps of the peppers and remove the seeds. Drain and set aside. Keep the lids to put back after you fill the peppers.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté the turkey meat a little (until it takes on a little color). Put it aside.
In the same pan, heat the olive oil and then add the onion, zucchini, green and yellow pepper, pepper and cook until soft.
Add the turkey meat to the pan and put the rest of the ingredients - parsley, oregano, tomatoes, garlic, salt.

- Turkey breast (200 g)
- Fat-free beef (200 g)
- Green bell peppers (200 g)

Method of preparation
- Chop the beef and turkey breast and mix.

Another way to remove sticky residue is with a little coconut oil and baking soda. Break the label and then apply the remaining coconut oil. Let it sit for a while and then sprinkle baking soda on the oil. Use a sponge to clean the residue and rinse clean.
Anyway, back to the jars: if you do this with each jar of finished pasta sauce, you will offer a beautiful collection of versatile jars. - 2 pieces of turkey breast of 100 g

- 1/2 kg of minced turkey meat
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1/3 of a packet of whole spaghetti
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1/4 cup pasta water or liquid
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
Method of preparation:
Bring the salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil. Add the meat, cook for about 5 minutes. Add garlic. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the peas and the pasta liquid. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, incorporate the pasta and parmesan, mix and serve.
I know fried = bad, but I had to try. From what I understand, it's an Italian street dish, a kind of fast food of theirs. The taste is similar to the omelet in which pasta was put: D. And as I am an omelet fan, I really liked it. You can also make a large omelette in which the pasta is mixed, but I preferred to make small rolls, they come out crispier and look more pleasant.
