My boys' favorite tart! This time I used a countertop bought, due to lack of time. : D

  • strawberries 1000 g.,
  • tart top 1 piece
  • milk 500 ml.,
  • sugar 6 tablespoons,
  • strawberry bun 1 sachet,
  • red tart gelatin 1 sachet
  • strawberry syrup 50 ml.

Servings: 10

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the envelope, then leave it to cool. Meanwhile, dissolve the red gelatin in water sweetened with strawberry syrup, bring to a boil until boiling, then leave to cool. The strawberries are washed, cleaned of tails and cut in half. Top the tart syrup with strawberry syrup, pour the cooled pudding, place the strawberries in the desired shape, then cover with a layer of gelatin. Leave to cool for approx. 3 hours before serving.
