RECIPE PREPARATION Wide pepper and vinegar peppers:
We clean the beans from the moate and wash it, we also wash the peppers. We choose the long and straight peppers and we place them in a bottle with a wide neck, we put beans among the peppers, we put the rest of the more cured and cured peppers in a bigger jar. In the bottle and in the jar, after I put the peppers and beans I added 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of salt and then I poured vinegar. That's the whole philosophy, now I'm waiting for it to grow, I go very well with a delicious soup.
