Ladies, what can I tell you, the stuffed pepper with us is an extra reason to shine:
I want with sour cream, I want with yogurt (yes not the other), I want with greens and yogurt, I only want with greens .... So ... I have a choice ...
- 1 kg of peppers (about 10 pieces),
- 2-3 tomatoes,
- 1kg of minced meat (I used turkey),
- 4 onions,
- a cup of rice,
- a parsley,
- some fresh thyme fruit,
- an egg,
- peppercorns and ground,
- 2 bay leaves,
- 4 good tablespoons of broth,
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed peppers:
Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, rice, parsley, salt, ground pepper and thyme. To this mixture I add an egg.
The peppers, washed and cleaned well inside, fill them with the above composition and cover them with a slice of tomato. I put them in a saucepan and cover them, a quarter, with water. I put the lid on and let it boil for 30 minutes. Then put the broth, bay leaves, salt, peppercorns and bake until browned.
