Peel the potatoes, wash them and boil them whole in cold salted water for 15-20 minutes, then drain them well and let them cool.

Peel an onion, wash it and finely chop it. We peel the carrot, wash it and first cut it in half lengthwise and then slice it.

In a bowl, unwrap the sausages and put the meat, throwing the mats. Finely chop the meat with a fork.

Put oil in a pan and when it has heated up, put the onion together with the carrot and leave it on the right heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula.

Then add the meat, salt and pepper to taste, and mix. Leave to harden over medium heat until the meat has changed color.

Put the broth concentrate, a little water, the knorr and put it on the right heat, letting it boil, stirring from time to time.

We slice the boiled potatoes into thin slices.

Put oil in a pan and lightly fry the potato slices on both sides. We then remove them on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.

In a baking dish place a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle a little salt and then put a layer of meat and finish with a new layer of potatoes.

Grease the surface with sour cream and sprinkle a little salt.

Put the dish in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (or until potatoes are lightly browned)

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Serve both hot and cold.
