  • 140 g butter
  • 120 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 4 eggs

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes



Melt the butter over low heat, then add the flour and mix well. Add the milk, stirring constantly so that it does not form lumps. Let it boil a little until it thickens. Add salt and remove from the heat, add eggs one at a time and mix well after each one. The obtained composition is poured into a tray lined with baking paper. I used a large stove tray. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until well browned.

After the top is baked, turn it over on a baking sheet and roll it well and let it cool.


Finely chop the olives and mix all the ingredients well.

Slightly open the cooled countertop, spread the filling well and roll it back.

Let the roll cool until we serve it.
